Meet Laiba Rashid, a Pakistani student entrepreneur currently studying Human Resources at the University of Doha for Science & Technology, who is redefining what purpose-driven innovation can look like through her startup, VisioRide.
What started as conversations with members of the blind community turned into a mission...
a mission to create more accessible and independent transportation solutions for people with disabilities.
Through VisioRide, she is combining technology, empathy, and entrepreneurship to advocate for more inclusive mobility systems and cities.
At a time when many students are still discovering their path, Laiba chose to build one, combining empathy, technology, and entrepreneurship to create solutions that make transportation more accessible and independent for people with disabilities.

I hope to inspire more young women, especially South Asian women, to trust their ideas, use their voice, and build boldly even before they feel fully ready.
Women don't need permission to lead, innovate, or take up space – we belong in every room we dream of entering.
