I wish more students knew this earlier: there’s a real difference between your personal brand and your resume. Your resume lists what you did. Your personal brand shows how you think, learn, and grow.
If you want to land internships, start here:
1- Share micro-stories: Post one lesson from class or a project. 2- Show work-in-progress: Share a draft, an idea, a test. 3- Make ideas public: If you have an opinion on a trend or product, write it. 4- Build relationships, not contacts: Comment with intention, not just “Congrats,” add value! 5- Create a simple content routine: 1 post a week, 2 thoughtful comments a day, and keep it real.
You do not need to feel ready. You need to be visible, useful, and consistent.
