Surviving University, Work, and Life

Balancing university, work, and life isn’t easy, it’s survival mode most days. You’re studying for exams, meeting deadlines, trying to stay social, and somewhere in between: sleep? Eat? Exercise?

Let’s be honest, no one gives you a manual for this. Neither can I.

But here’s what I’ve learned:

  • You won’t always get it right, and that’s okay.
  • Setting boundaries and learning to say no are necessary.
  • Good rest is part of the process, not a reward.
  • Progress is more important than perfection.

To all other students in survival mode right now: you’re doing better than you think. Keep showing up, for your dreams and for yourself.

Growth doesn’t come from perfection, it comes from effort.
