Balancing university, work, and life isn’t easy, it’s survival mode most days. You’re studying for exams, meeting deadlines, trying to stay social, and somewhere in between: sleep? Eat? Exercise?
Let’s be honest, no one gives you a manual for this. Neither can I.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
- You won’t always get it right, and that’s okay.
- Setting boundaries and learning to say no are necessary.
- Good rest is part of the process, not a reward.
- Progress is more important than perfection.
To all other students in survival mode right now: you’re doing better than you think. Keep showing up, for your dreams and for yourself.
Growth doesn’t come from perfection, it comes from effort.
