- Consistency beats intensity: I used to rely on bursts of motivation, but startups aren’t built on motivation. They’re built on small, consistent actions.
- Focus is everything: I explored too many directions instead of committing to one clear path.
- Execution beats perfection: I waited for things to be “ready” more than I should have. The truth? You learn faster by doing than by planning.
- The mission still matters: Despite the conflicts, time, and resources invested, the problem is still real. That gap still exists, and it’s worth solving.
- Being a student founder is not easy: Balancing classes, deadlines, exams, and life while trying to build something real is not easy. It forces you to prioritize, move fast, and grow faster than most.
So, what’s the biggest shift now?
More focus. Clearer direction. Faster execution. And consistent action.
